The conference reviewed THILOGI and its subsidiaries' strategies, operational plans, and management initiatives for the second half of the year. Entering the second year of THILOGI's five-year strategy (2023-2027), the company is navigating a challenging global economic and logistics landscape. In response, THILOGI is prioritizing process optimization, developing tailored business plans, and working diligently to achieve its objectives.
THILOGI will focus on developing a centralized logistics network in Central Vietnam, connecting by road to Vietnam’s the Central Highlands and Quang Nam, Southern Laos, and Northern Cambodia. Simultaneously, Chu Lai port will be developed into an international transshipment hub with sea connections to the South and North of Vietnam. To complement these initiatives, THILOGI will optimize logistics services to deliver cost-effective and high-quality solutions.

THILOGI has restructured its logistics network by dividing the market into five regions. The company is focused on establishing a comprehensive route and station network for both domestic and international transportation. This will be supported by optimized operational models and tailored business solutions to maximize efficiency.
The company will prioritize efficient capital management, legal compliance, service quality enhancement, and competitive pricing. A standardized management system will be implemented across the Group, corporations, branches, and representative offices to optimize operations and reduce costs. Human resource development will focus on cultivating a skilled workforce aligned with the Group's strategic objectives and ethical standards.

At the conference, the THACO Chairman commended THILOGI's transformation from an internal THACO unit to a specialized logistics group. He emphasized leveraging THACO's diverse product range as THILOGI’s competitive advantage. To capitalize on this strength, the Chairman urged the company to expand its resources, offer comprehensive logistics solutions, increase external business, broaden service offerings, specialize in vehicle logistics, and optimize routes. Ultimately, he stressed the importance of building its professional workforce as a key differentiator to establish THILOGI as a leading logistics provider.
The THACO Chairman also emphasized the intrinsic link between human capital development and business growth. He called for a workforce that embodies THILOGI's brand identity through professionalism and ethical conduct. Specifically, drivers should be exemplary in honesty, integrity, and ethical behavior.
