1. Job description
- Develop and implement plans to identify potential clients in need of logistics services, including container and bulk cargo import/export, domestic and international shipping, trucking, warehousing, and port services at Chu Lai port.
- Prepare quotations, draft service contracts, and coordinate the signing with customers.
- Handle incoming requests and issues related to project timelines, execution results, and documents
- Work reports and updates to supervisors as required.
2. Requirement and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, Foreign Trade, etc.
- Proactive, dynamic, and adaptable work attitude.
- Customer approach, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Capable of drafting commercial contracts, teamwork, managing work plans, and performing under pressure
- Good English communication, drafting, and negotiating business contract terms with partners and customers
- Prior experience in logistics companies or international shipping lines.
