CHU LAI INTERNATIONAL PORT BUSTLES WITH NEW YEAR SHIPMENTS
In the early days of the Year of the Horse 2026, Chu Lai International Port recorded bustling operations with vessels docking as early as the first day of the Lunar New Year, opening up expectations for growth in the new year.
International container ships from shipping lines such as RCL, SITC, and CMA CGM arrived successively from the very first days of the new year, handling more than 3,000 containers of import-export goods for businesses in the region. Vessel scheduling, berth allocation, and cargo clearance were implemented proactively and flexibly, ensuring delivery schedules for customers and creating a vibrant start to the new year.

Also, in the atmosphere of the post-Tet kickoff for the Year of the Horse 2026 (the 7th day of the Lunar New Year), nearly 500 containers of goods from THACO’s Sub-holdings and businesses in the Central region continued to be exported through the port to countries worldwide, such as Japan, South Korea, China, the Philippines, etc. The exported goods were diverse, including buses, motorcycles, industrial products, mechanical products, spare parts, garments, fresh fruits, and agricultural products. New Year operations were carried out synchronously through THILOGI’s integrated logistics service chain, including road transport, port operations, warehousing, sea freight, and support services. The integration of services helps shorten transit times, optimize costs, and improve supply chain efficiency for businesses.
